The SMPMOD series
is a standard range of Silicon PiN Photodiode Arrays
in a selection of package options. Active areas of
between 0.62mm2 to 100mm2 are available to suit
various applications, packages and optical
filters.
Silicon PiN Photodiode
Arrays:
SMPMOD products are photodiode arrays of 1, 4, 16 and
64 rectangular die elements.Other custom size arrays
are also available, with an option to include
dedicated operational amplifiers and transimpedance
circuitry. A 16 channel ASIC is available that can be
used in conjunction with the 16 element array giving
a flexible, easy to implement solution.
