C3-Class Ultra Fast Recovery Diodes

Semelab announce the introduction of new intermediate voltages to our range of Enhanced Ultrafast C3-Class diodes. In addition to our existing 300V, 600V and 1200V devices, we are adding 380V, 750V and 1400V devices.

The new additions to the successful C3-Class diode range offer increased blocking voltages whilst showing significant improvements to V_F.

The new voltage range retain the best in class reverse recovery characteristics as seen in the full C3-Class diodes range
