The Smartpack series of modules are designed
for mounting directly onto the customer's own heat sink. The module is held in place
by means of thermal mounting paste and screws passing through the body of the device. The
paste keys into any small irregularities in the main heat sink. As an option, threaded
bushes can be supplied in place of the mounting holes enabling screw fixing from the rear
of the heat sink.

Smartpack modules are available with a choice
of terminations:
- Fast-on terminations for easy use in
automotive and industrial applications - 'flat' and 90° up or down
- Industry standard bolt on connectors
- Solder connections (1.7mm x 0.8mm) for
PCB mounting
- Custom designs
